We have reason to celebrate! Pure Periodontics have been awarded two prestigious national honours at the 2018 Dental Awards as winners of:
National Dental Practice of the Year AND Dental Practice of the Year – South.
To be formally recognised as a practice excelling at a regional as well as a national level is truly rewarding and quite the achievement for Neesha and her team.
Dr Neesha Patel says, “My best decisions have been linked to having a very clear vision for the way my practice operates and not deviating away from this as it underpins pretty much every professional decision I make. I’m fortunate to now have a truly excellent team that have all bought into our practice ethos and are self- motivated enough to really help drive us forward. My team is something I’m very proud of because as a Clinical Director once I’ve set the tone and defined ‘what good looks like’ for my staff they are the ones that actually need to then go out and deliver and getting this right with people all pulling in the same direction whilst clearly enjoying their work, has been very satisfying.”
